PT. Intiboga Sejahtera is the largest producer of cooking oil, margarine and shortening in Indonesia. Our company's name, PT. INTIBOGA SEJAHTERA, is our basic philosophy. It means : The essence of nutritional food that brings prosperity.

We used to consist of three dynamic palm oil companies, serving the whole archipelago : PT. Sajang Heulang (established in 1979 in Jakarta), PT. Margi Uvocrine Jaya (established in 1990 in Jakarta) and PT. Intiboga Sejahtera (established in 1994 in Surabaya). In 1995, these companies merged into one strong and healthy company and became PT. INTIBOGA SEJAHTERA. In 1997, eighty percent of PT. Intiboga Sejahtera shares was acquired by PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk ("Indofood") and since then it became a subsidiary company of Indofood.

Our factories in Jakarta and Surabaya are strategically located to serve the western and eastern parts of Indonesia, as well as to serve the international market.
